Hire someone
Ideal when the budget allows.
Your assistant
It integrates with your tools, adapts to the way you work and takes on the tasks you no longer enjoy. You talk to it like a colleague.
When work overflows
When you are already working more than you should, two choices remained: hire, or drop some tasks. An AI assistant opens a third way.
Ideal when the budget allows.
Even if service suffers.
It takes on the tasks you delegate to it.

Day to day
The website is starting to look dated. Clients tell us so, and it doesn't show our new services.
Agreed, it needs a redesign. Shall we meet this week with Sophie?
@Assistant find us a 45-minute slot this week, Marc, Sophie and me, for the website redesign.
All three of you are free at these times:
Which one should I book?
@Assistant Tuesday at 10.
Booked: "Website redesign", Tuesday, October 13 at 10:00 a.m. Invitation sent to Marc and Sophie.
I'm at a client's Tuesday morning. Thursday at 9 would suit me better.
@Assistant let's move it to Thursday at 9.
Done: meeting moved to Thursday, October 15 at 9:00 a.m. The invitation is updated for everyone.
You stay in control
No new tool to learn: everything happens in the conversation.
You always know what it did, and why.
To a client, an accountant or a social network.
Every instruction, every correction becomes a rule it then applies.
Employee expenses

Every trade has its constraints, its vocabulary and its processes. A few examples of what the assistant takes on.
Admissions, communication with parents, follow-up on missing documents.
Appointments, reminders and follow-ups, protocols found in seconds.
Invoices recognized and entered, receipts filed, files ready for the accountant.
Invoicing, reminders, filing and social media, without growing the team.
Bilingual social media, seasons and slow periods to fill, replies to booking requests.
Sourced case-law research, analysis of precedents.

Our principle: limit as much as possible. The narrowest possible access scope, as few people as possible in front of information they do not need.
The assistant applies the same access levels as your current systems.
The $179 plan is hosted on our infrastructure, with secure connections and the narrowest possible access scope. With Advanced Integration, the solution is installed on your side and your data never leaves.
Names and identifiers are masked before processing when the context requires it; only your systems can re-link them.
Geographic region, confidentiality and cost: we choose with you between Claude, Mistral, DeepSeek or others.
Data minimization, access traceability, transparency about processing. Nothing the assistant learns is used for another client.
Thirty minutes, by video call: a live demonstration, then a look at the tasks you would like to delegate. Then $179 a month, with no setup fees.
